There is time for plenty of discussions on
late-breaking issues. It allows issues that cross a variety of
sectors and groups of individuals who have their own agenda to
create a plan for their future.
Initially, the facilitator will briefly explain
the process, the four principles and the one law. Following this,
the participants co-create the agenda and host their own discussion
groups. With guidance, the groups record their conversations,
decisions and commitments, and, finally, this information is combined
into a full report, available to everyone at the end of the session.
Initial planning time and costs are greatly
reduced. Participation by everyone is greatly increased. People
leave with the feeling of being heard and respected and excited
about what is to come.
