Annette Ghebremichael

Annette is the Administrative Director at Dimension 11. She's usually the first one you speak to when you call. Her strong creative side (for design and writing) and her analytical abilities are great assets in the office.

Besides regular office administration, she also does:

• One-on-one training/coaching of computer applications and online technology...they call her the "guru"
• Desktop publishing—workshop materials, manuals, marketing materials, advertisements, business cards, signs, whatever else is needed
• Newsletter creation—write, edit, design, create for print, email and web
• Graphic design—web and print, CD/jewel case design, logos, etc.
• Research
• Editing and proofreading
• Website design and development
• Database development and maintenance
• Technology upkeep—cell phones, PDAs, printers, desktop and notebook computers, network equipment, digital audio recorders, cameras and DVD recorders, and all the rest of our “toys”
• Speaker and client liaison for our speakers bureau, Success Source International
