The Role of the Executive

The executive leads the organization. Seen as a leader, there are certain expectations of the executive. One might think it is enough to manage well, whereas in reality managing the organization is best left to others. The executive is looked to for leadership – the person who sees the vision and can instil a desire in others to live the vision.
