John Knight

ohn is the Vice-president of Dimension 11 Ltd. He has a wealth of expertise gained over 35 years in the challenging environment of the international Coca-Cola organization.

His practical, hands-on management expertise is based on a background of senior positions within the disciplines of Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Labour Relations. John and his team at Coca-Cola had the distinction of being the only operation in Canada and one of three in North America to push Coca-Cola to a market share of 62.9%. He wears the prestigious President's Ring for this achievement.

He has a firm belief in the importance of strong, cohesive teams as the most effective route to success. An enthusiastic leader himself, John is convinced a positive attitude is fundamental to achieving personal and corporate goals.

An inspiring trainer and facilitator committed to developing the latent talent and potential of individuals and organizations, he is an impressive and stimulating speaker. He takes an active part in both professional and community organizations, notably serving as President of the Saskatchewan Soft Drink Association and of the Regina Exhibition Association. He has been a leader within the Scouting Association and a church counsellor.
