Robert is a Human Resource Specialist with Dimension 11 Ltd. With over 25 years experience in the public and private sector, he has enjoyed a successful career specializing in Operator training, industrial safety (OH&S), employee recruitment, customized industrial training and government relations work.

Born and raised on a farm in rural Saskatchewan, Robert quickly learned the value of innovation, tenacity, integrity and hard work. He brings all of his farming background experiences and values into his professional activities with the intention of achieving excellence and success for both himself and his clients.

Self-motivated, well organized and hard working, Robert consistently meets performance objectives within stringent expenditure guidelines while always employing the principles of ethics, personal integrity and a practical approach to problem solving.

Since March 1979, Robert's career focus has been in the human resources development field. His career has ranged from compensation and benefits to training and development with a special emphasis on industrial and technology companies. A significant portion of his achievements has been derived from working with industry, government and business/industry trade associations.

Major clients include: Saskatoon and Region Home Builders' Association, CIBC, Royal Bank, DeBeers Canada, University of Saskatchewan, City of Saskatoon, Saskatoon Construction Association and numerous small to medium sized manufacturers and service providers in Saskatchewan.
