Site Supervisor and Junior Site Supervisor
Regina, Saskatchewan

Now is your opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company new to Regina. Two people are needed immediately—a construction background is required—to install overhead lifts in medical facilities. These are permanent, full-time positions, with the home base in Regina.

As the Site Supervisor, you must be adept at reading AutoCAD drawings, and must have management experience. Excellent customer service is very important, as is the maintenance of a clean and safe worksite. The availability to travel throughout Southern Saskatchewan is also required.

To start with, the Site Supervisor and Junior Site Supervisor will work together as a two-person team to fulfill current contracts. As the company grows, the Site Supervisor will be responsible to manage up to 5 two-person teams.

You will be responsible for meeting clients and quoting on their projects. You’ll need to grasp the scope of the project and provide accurate, thorough quotes to the client and the technicians. You will accomplish this through a keen understanding of the tasks needing to be done, exceptional communication with the client, and strong and accurate numerical skills. You will be a self-starter, a strong decision maker, and able to work independently and manage your team. As well, you will have proven, disciplined time management skills.
